[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] No subheading tags in copy.

Yoast SEO tells me “No subheading tags (like an H2) appear in the copy.”
The 1st line of my copy is my exact H2.
Also, checking my homepage with a separate piece of software (Traffic Travis) I get a warning, “Too many H1 tags”.
In my source code I see 2 X H1 and 1 X H2.
Can you please advise a newbie what I need to do to fix this.
