[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] On page summary is not working right

I have all the focus keywords in the title and body of the page but the on page plugin summary says…

Article Heading: No
Page title: No
Page URL: No
Content: No
Meta description: NoI expected the plugin to say yes, especially on the title portion
