[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Page problem with Yoast

WordPress version: version 3.4.1
WordPress SEO version: Version 1.2.8.3I did this: Installed Yoast on two sites
I expected the plugin to do this: Work with out a issue
HOSTGATOR Says it is a Yoast plugin problem.
Instead it did this:Pages can no longer be seen on wen. Posts can be scene fine.
-The only I can see Pages now on one site this permalinks set to default.
