[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Push Meta Description to Facebook Page Publish

Hi,

Loving the plugin. I just set up my Facebook Page Publish plugin, and it is currently calling the_excerpt() and using it to post on my page. I’d like to not have to copy over the meta description into the excerpt box every time, so I was wondering if there was a quick fix to either get FPP to call the Yoast Meta Description, or to get the SEO plugin to copy the Meta Description over to the_excerpt()?
