[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] seo title on home page it's wrong

Hello Yoast,
my blog is https://www.estrategiagastrónomica.com Seo Titles work fine in every page except the home page. In the home page is taking the title of the last post in the recent plugins in the side bar.
Also sitemap is not working with webmaster tools.
