I installed wordpress seo by Yoast on a blog that was imported…
and somewhere, the sql didn’t line up correctly.

So when I added the seo info to each post, I started seeing that each post had the WordPress SEO title from the previous post…

    Example:

    Post: Cat
    Post: Dog
    Post: Bird

    and viewing the site, I get <title: Dog> Cat….
    <title: Bird> Dog…
    and so on…

I went in and deleted WordPress SEO by Yoast, and then deleted all wp_postmeta and wp_options records that had %yoast%, and reinstalled…
and started adding in the seo information, and again, it is misaligning the title and the post…

Can anyone tell me how to uninstall wordpress seo by Yoast and completely clean its footprint?

I love the plugin and want to get it working on the site, but zapping the entire site is a 40 hour job I’d like to avoid…

    Jack
