[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Update to Version 1.2.5 breaks website

Updating SEO yoast to 1.2.5 breaks website. With WP 3.4.1. Turning off strip categories works but sitemaps work for 10 seconds and then 404 error page. Please help a humble donor. Thanks in advance.
