    Hi Yoast –

as you mentioned in the release notes for v0.4, the XML-Sitemap options now have been broken out into their own settings page, away from the “general” settings where they previously had been located.

After upgrading to v0.4 I noticed the following problem: updates to either of these sections (“general” or “XML sitemap”) seem to cancel each other out. In other words, if I
    (a) go to “general”, enable the first two options (use META keywds and disable date in post snippet), and hit save, it will disable my preference to use XML sitemaps (and will erase any previously existing sitemap_index.xml from my root folder).
    (b) go to “XML Sitemaps”, enable the functionality and settings per my preference, and hit save, it will erase my two options that I had previously set in “general”.

I’d like to use both, as I have been doing in previous versions ??

The site on which all of that happens is https://www.norbertwoehnl.com/en/

Thanks a bunch for all your work on this indispensable plugin –
    Norbert
