Hi, I’m getting an error with search results on my website producing this error message at the top of the web browser:

Notice: Undefined variable: metakey in D:\hshome\therubycube\therubycube.com\wp-content\plugins\wordpress-seo\frontend\class-frontend.php on line 395

I noticed I got similar errors to these until I filled in the metadata information in the SEO -> Titles section, and wonder if I’ve missed something? I have checked the box in Indexation that says not to index search results…

Also not sure if this is related or an issue with a different plugin in, but I get the error:

<strong>Notice: wp_specialchars is deprecated since version 2.8! Use esc_html() instead. in D:\hshome\therubycube\therubycube.com\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3237

in the search results box too – but only if the search results return something.

    Can anyone help??

    Many thanks,
    Karen

Since writing the above, I disabled the WordPress SEO plugin to test the problem, and I found that the second bit of code is still there so that must be a separate plugin issue or a problem with the template… still dont’ know what the first one is about!

    It’s a mistake, will fix in 0.2.3.1 ??
