[Plugin: wordpress-seo] Title rewrite problem

  • Hi,

    Just testing your new WordPress SEO plugin and loving it so far. I’ve managed to consolidate 3/4 plugins into 1.

    I do have one problem though. I use the blog as a news section and a static page as the homepage. I think this has confused it slightly and it’s not using the SEO Title rewrite rule I’ve given it. It’s doing sitetitlepagetitle | site title instead of just pagetitle | sitetitle. It’s at https://www.brighouse-high.co.uk if you want to have a look. I’ll keep playing to see if it’s my fault.

    Temporary solution is to just put a space then “News | Sitename” so you get Sitename News | Sitename. Will do for now!

    Could you check whether 0.1.2 has fixed this for you, and if not, could you tell me what’s in your header.php file between <title> and </title> ? ??
