OK, so I’ve got some digital products on my website – downloadable PDFs. When I add one or more to cart go to checkout, it goes all the way through the payment process. PayPal sends a receipt to the customer’s email (so I know there’s no junk mail issues) but the thank you email with the link(s) to the download(s) is not sent. I’ve tried waiting 24 hours but nothing is sent.
Also, I’ve tried looking in the Reports & it does not tell me that I’ve sold anything.
