[Plugin: WordPress Simple Survey] Inserting images into quiz

Hi there,
This is a top quiz plugin and is everything I am looking for except….
Is there any way I can insert images into the quiz questions? I have tried coding it straight in HTML but the HTML is not being rendered. The apparenent lack of this feature is the only thing stopping me from purchasing the full version.https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wordpress-simple-survey/
