[Plugin: WordPress Simple Survey] Routing and info problem?

Hi there

I’m testing out wordpress simple survey with a view to purchasing the full version, however I’m finding a few problems with the free version I’d like to sort out before I take the plunge.

Firstly – pressing next after the first question doesn’t take me to second question. Instead it tries to take me to /?wpss-routing=results

Secondly – the “Require Info to Submit a Quiz” field doesn’t seem to appear at the start of the quiz. Although to progress with the quiz it does ask me to input my name – though the box to input my name and email doesn’t appear. I tried deleting these field names in the setup page, but now can’t add them again without upgrading.
