[Plugin: WordPress Social Login] Infinite loop with Foursquare auth

does it happen with every browser or other providers?

Yes, it is happening with every browser.
I just tested Twitter and the infinite loop is also there, although in a “friendly” manner: I’m sent over and over again to the “ask for permission” page.
Any ideas?

Was it working on another version of wordpress? i’m not exactly locked on 3.3.1…

most likely this is not related to the wp version but to the server settings… and as far i know it should work on any 3.*, myself im using the 3.3.1 for the tests and development

REGISTER_GLOBALS must be set to off in the server config to fix this issue.

Yes- only problem was “REGISTER_GLOBALS” php flag. After that this problem went away. Waisted hours on it, debugging, trying. Finally it simply works.

An Idea maybe- add some kind of notice on top of admin screen when globals are on. Maybe it could save someones time in future.
