[Plugin: WordPress Social Ring (Facebook Like, Google 1, ReTweet and Pin It)] Open Meta Graph

Yeah, WP Social Ring takes the featured image. If it’s not set, it takes the first image of the post. A lot of people have requested meta customization and I’ll add it in future releases.

I like social ring because it’s simple, required no registration somewhere and allowed me to put the Facebook share and like next to each other unlike the other plugins I tested which gave me a choice of one or the other.

For the open graph part, there are other plugins that give more customization, it would be helpful if at least we get an option to disable the open graph part so that it would not interfere with another plugin.

I’ll add an option to disable meta, but I’d like also to improve customization.

Thank you for the quick reply. Here is my opinion:
If a blogger wants to control the open graph tags, he/she will probably also want to control all the meta tags. Therefore, they will always have a need for another plugin and there are many free SEO plugins that do this and much more.

I would suggest you add an option to disable meta and offer more customization for the sharing bar itself … like the order of the buttons, different sizes and icon shapes, more services (send by email, g+ sahre, print etc.)
