Did you get this figured out? I’m not seeing the form at that URL.

Oh! Sorry about that. The support email got lost in my inbox. I’ll create a new form on a dev site and post the link soon to show you what we’re experiencing.

    Thank you!

I just created a fake form on the webpage below. You can see additional white space between the Message:* field and the actual text box.

A successfully submitted form should take you to our Contact page (that does not use the WordPress-to-lead Salesforce plug-in).

    Thank you for your help!

Looks like your theme is running the_content filter or nl2br() on the shortcode output — hence there are 3 <br> tags after Message:

Without seeing the theme code, I couldn’t tell you how to fix that (shortcode output should happen as part of that filter, not before it).

Can you post the page template that’s outputting that (to pastebin or gist) so I can take a look?

Here’s the page template code https://pastebin.com/J8D9afPr

I’m not sure if that’s everything you need, I’m sort of an amateur at this. But if you need some other part of the theme template code, let me know.

Hmmm… no clues there (other than that’s an odd way to code a loop).

Does the problem persist if you switch to the TwentyTwelve theme?

Not sure. But this is not a major issue for us at the moment. We’d like to keep our website running as is, and we’ll work through the textarea box issue when it becomes a pertinent need for us to have on our site.

But thank you for your plugin support! When things are a bit calmer, I will test out the Twenty Twelve theme and let you know.

    Thanks again!
