• I have taken over managing our church’s website. A former member had created the site originally in WP and was using WP-Stats. I couldn’t get the stats to work.

    1. I uninstalled the plugin, cleaned up the database, and then reinstalled the plugin.
    2. When asked for the API code, I used my API code. The plugin would not recognize it, apparently the site is under the former member’s user name.

Is there any way to retrieve the capability of using this plugin. I use it on all my other WP sites and love it. How can we get the API released so that a new one can be used? I ever created an account for the church at wordpress.com so they could have their own API. Still doesn’t work.

    Please advise if possible. Thanks!

Just wanted to see if anyone very familiar with WordPress had any comments on this? I would love to be able to use wordpress’ API on my site.

    Thanks.

How can I get in touch with WordPress support? Seems from the forums that only they can help solve my problem.

I took over a website that was associated with someone else’s API. They used that API for WordPress.com Stats plugin.

I would also like to use that plugin because it would be easy to use for the site owners. However, because the site was already associated with another wordpress API and I can’t get in touch with the previous designer anymore, it won’t work. I’ve checked the forums and apparently someone else had the issue and WordPress support was able to get it resolved.

I need that same kind of help! How can I get it? I’d appreciate any response. Thanks!
