[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Where do I send the translation?

I completed the Turkish translation of this plugin and tried to reach the authors but they never replied. (Also, they didn’t have any contact info in the plugin files, I really struggled finding something to mail to.)

What’s the point of putting the “languages” folder with a .pot file if you never gonna accept the translations? ??
