[Plugin: wordTube] LongTail AdSolution Error:

  • I’m trying out the longtail adsolution through wordtube 2.0.1 and wordpress 2.6.5.

    Underneath the video on an article page, it says “Longtail adsolution error:click here to view:” and then i see:

    LongTail AdSolution Error:
    No player ID.
    It appears the video player has not been assigned an ID. This is required when using JW FLV Player 4.0.

    How do i assign an ID? I did add the “API Script:” in the wordtube settings panel. I’m not sure what “Channel ID:” is? I put “Entertainment”.

    Please help

  • the “channel id” can be seen in step 3 on longtail adsolution website, menu “setup” ? your website “implement”, for example

    so.addParam("wmode","transparent");
so.addParam("allowScriptAccess", "always");
so.addVariable("channel", "5431");
so.addVariable("plugins", "ltas");

    the actual channel id is 5431.
