[Plugin: WordTwit] Can't Enable 'Allow tweeting of old posts' Option in Settings

Hey everyone.
Trying to configure WordTwit 2.51 to allow tweeting of old posts but it will not save when I select the option and click the ‘update’ button.

I verified the same issue on https://incrowdusa.netis there a fix?
