Plugin worked well and great support

  • Very happy to have found this plugin to take the pain out of migrating a site from Prestashop to WordPress.

    Had a few technical issues configuring it, mainly due to hosting constraints or my own lack of technical knowledge with databases, but that’s where their excellent support saved the day. They were quick to reply and diagnose what the issues were and how to solve them.

    The plugin worked perfectly with all product data, categories, images, customer data and orders (and more) successfully imported.

    With these types of plugins you are always hoping to find one that works well, and is backed up by good support if you encounter any problems, and this is certainly one of them.

    A great experience and well worth the money.
