    Hello Michael,

    Thanks for writing an awesome plugin. I’m having an issue, where the plugin settings show an updated product count, but the file does not reflect an accurate log of the products.

    I should have 46 items active in the feed, but only 14 appear, which reflects the state of the feed from a few weeks ago.

    Any way to get the actual file to update? I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, and have re-initialized the plugin also from settings.

    Hey Nick,

    Did you try and manually update the feed?
    Did that also result in the feed not having all products?

    Could you create a screenshot of your feed settings?

    Yes, I tried manually updating the feed, no luck there either. Here is a screenshot. Since writing the post last night, now my feed is in error.

    Mmm, it seems weird that there are two feeds in processing status. Only one should have this status and the other one should have the status “In processing queue”

    Did you use the “Clear feed process” button you will find in the settings page of our plugin?

    Could you also take a screenshot from this settings page?

    Hello @medium-plus,

    We are experiencing some issues with the newest version of our plugin. The last version of our plugin is quite a big update where a large part of the plugin is rewritten.

    Not everyone is experiencing issues with our plugin but there seems to be two type of issues whereas some feed users experiencing missing items in their feed and some users with WordFence installed are experiencing feeds that freeze and stay in processing status.

    For now the only solution is to downgrade the plugin to a previous version.

    You could use WP-Rollback to easily downgrade the plugin to a previous version until we fix the issue permanently.

    Did you revert back to version 1.7.4?
