Plugin working in staging but not live version

  • Hi
    I have a problem with a plugin (woolocation) that is not working on the live version of my website but working on the staging one.

    I am hosting my website with Godaddy using last version of WordPress and all my plugins are up to date
    I have created a staging of my website from the live version where the plugin was not working.
    For some reason, on the stagging version (https://b23.d0b.myftpupload.com) the plugin is working perfectly fine and when you start typing anything in the “location” field, a dropdown menu appears and gives you suggestions.

    Live version and staging version are pretty much the same except for the URL.

    Any idea how I could find what is wrong with the live version and gets this plugin working?
