Plugin works all right the the update process is a nightmare.
They charge $100 every six months for the business version subscription, and they updates don’t happen automatically – you have to click on a link, fill out a form on their site, look up the order number in your email from six months back (without any reminder of what email address they would have sent it to), when they could just send you an email with the link to download the latest update every time one is available as long as your subscription is active, or even (gasp) have automatic updates like every other plugin. For a plugin this expensive, the updates should be way less work. They send an email telling you to renew, but can’t be bothered to send you an email with a link to the update? Then you fill out the form on their website and it says it’s sending an email with the link to the update, but it’s not immediate, so you have to keep track of whether you received it and then install it manually, or fill out the dang form again? Not good.
