Please describe in more detail what exactly was wrong with license validation of the Custom Search Pro plugin.
License validation for Pro plugin versions (powered by BestWebSoft) happens only when the user goes to the dashboard without affecting the site’s work in the frontend.
Perhaps, there was a confusion in the licenses binding to your domain. You can manually edit the license binding.
You should have received an email about your user registration at the BestWebSoft website.
For your convenience you can go to your personal page on our website https://bestwebsoft.com/wp-login.php, where you can view your purchase information and make the necessary changes to your licenses and domains. If necessary, please, submit “Lost your password” request.
If you would like to install (use) the Pro plugin on another website, you should remove plugin from the old website and only then install the plugin to a new one.
It is also required to change the domain and license settings using your personal Client Area:
1) Go to your personal Client Area: https://bestwebsoft.com/wp-login.php
2) Enter your email (specified during the purchase) and password (reset the password if necessary).
3) Change necessary settings in the Client Area and Save changes.
