[Plugin: WP-Activity] Author path bug

Hey there, there’s a simple bug on the author path. The plugin is getting the siteurl instead of home url. In many cases WordPress is installed in a different directory, creating a different siteurl.

Ej: https://www.example.com/wp

You guys should get the other url data, so I have https://www.example.com/author instead of https://www.example.com/wp/author

Probably a quick fix
