[Plugin: WP Archive-Sitemap Generator] Not creating an archive-sitemap

I have this installed on one site I’m working on. Followed the instructions step by step and NOTHING happens. Instead I get a blank page that doesn’t even display the footer.

Any suggestions as to what’s happening? I’m running WP 3.3.1 with the ThemeFit-Hybrid Theme.
