[Plugin: WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin] Autoresponder is sending multiple emails of the sam

  • Using wordpress 3.1 and latest version of WP auto-responder.

    When we publish our posts Autoresponder is sending multiple copies of the same post to some of the email addresses. If anyone can help… this is really becoming hurtful to our list.

    We subscribed them using a csv imported from our Outlook inbox. There were multiple emails received and send to these people… I figured that auto-responder would not create duplicates but I wonder if it has. When I look at the subscribers I only see one instance of each address.

  • I am having the same problem.

    I’m using WordPress 3.1 and latest version of WP auto-responder.

    I imported my list from feedburner with a csv file. When I broadcast a post, and when looking at the Number of E-mails Pending Delivery: in the Queue Management section, the emails waiting to be sent, doubles or triples the number of subscribers in my list.

    One of my emails that I have in the list for testing, received the same post 10 times. This is not good. Imagine what are my subscribers thinking about me now.

    Is there a fix to this? Please let us know ASAP.

    I understand the seriousness of the problem.

    I have implemented a fix for this very issue. A new version will be made available sometime in April, 2011. Please be sure to upgrade when it becomes available.

    I am having exactly the same problem but using 3.21 and the latest version of wp autoresponder. I love wp auto responder but i’m not sure I can live with this bug.

    This issue has been fixed in the latest version released just now. Please upgrade to it.

    I am running WP 3.3.1 with Autoresponder 5.2.6 and have exactly this problem, each autoresponder message is sent 10 times.

    That has never occurred before. Is there a fix for this bug?
