[Plugin: WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin] Email confirm not working

Subscribers have never been able to confirm their subscription, this is the error message they get:
“Your subscription does not exist or you are already subscribed”
When I test it, it works for me. I just updated WP and all plugins to the latest but no change. Any idea how to solve this issue?
