[Plugin: WP Better Emails] when existing user post job ads notification email sent in plain text

We are runing jobboard the problem is when new user registers and post job ads everything works fine email received in full html format but at the same time when existing user post a job same user can receive plain text email notification how can i correct this problem. Same user when first post a job can receive html formated mail and same time when he posted 2nd job ads he received plain text mail. Plz help me thanks
