[Plugin: WP Biographia] Cannot Suppress pages

I am using Coraline 1.0.2.

I have trying to suppress WP Biographia on all the pages on my site. I have read the FAQ and tried to suppress pages through a variety of methods. The author box appears on the bottom of every page/

1) Display On Individual Pages Displays the Biography Box for individual pages is unchecked

2) I checked the all the pages to be authored by the sole administrator and excluded the administrator. That doesn’t work either.

3) I tried to suppress pages by the sole admin. That doesn’t work either.

And there is nothing underneath the posts.

Is plug-in incompatible with my theme?
