[Plugin: WP Calais Auto Tagger] Does not work as advertised

  • The auto tagger seemed like a good idea. Except that it brings up results that have little to do with what you have typed. I brought this up with Mr Grossman who says he cannot help me with that. An auto tagger that purports to suggest meaningful tags from your content should surely do a better job, and Mr. Grossman should be able to provide better support.

    I have uninstalled this plugin.

  • 1) OpenCalais is the service providing the tags, the plugin is merely a bridge between WordPress and that service.

    2) On what basis do you believe I should be able to provide better support? Would you agree with me if I claimed you should feel obliged to mow my lawn? No? Why do I have an obligation to support you, then, stranger?
