[Plugin: WP Custom Menu Filter Plugin] not working…

I just migrated to a new cloud host, we’re using the following:
Apache version 2.2.21
PHP version 5.2.17
MySQL version 5.1.61-cll
WP 3.3.1
buddypressthe plug doesn’t seem to work at all with these settings, I have recreated the issue across several sites, and a fresh installation.
