[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Aggregate Markup NOT approved by Google Rich Snippets

    I am using the shortcode to insert aggregate reviews on the front page of our website. I then tested it using the Google Rich Snippets tester. It says that it is failing because it is not show votes or counts. I have 2 reviews that are aggregated. Below are the results from the test:

    Any particular reason why this might be happening? Please notice the WARNINGS on the Count and Votes.

    Also, is there a way to change the code so that the snippet would read “X Reviews” just like Yelp does?

  • We are working on this. We want to be careful to make sure it has the intended result…to show up on all pages and in the right format, so Google picks it up in the SERPS. Hope to have something to share in the next few weeks.

    That answers my question 8-). Gowebsol, you should make this plugin a paid for item and use the revenue to get the little issues fixed quicker! I promise to be the first to buy the pro version if you fix this issue today!! $50 waiting for you….
