Plugin WP Customer Reviews doesn′t work

  • Hi, I installed the plugin WP Customer Review for customer evaluation of my services. Tripped him, created a new page of customer reviews, which I previewed gray button for evaluation but clicking on it does not work, nothing happens and can be evaluated. All options I think correctly-checked.
    I suspect that will be some problem in the short code, using the template Twenty Twelve and the short code I put them on the new site Customer Reviews (in HTML mode after overclicking) I asked [WPCR_SHOW PostID = “ALL” NUM = “5” Paginae = “1 “PERPAGE =” 5 “ShowForm =” 1 “HIDEREVIEWS =” 0 “HIDERESPONSE =” 0 “SNIPPET =” “MORE =” “HIDECUSTOM =” 0 “]
    but it still does not work.
    I do not know where the problem is, much advice please, I am in despair.
