After adding all the settings I wanted on the WP-Customer-Reviews plug-in, my page doesn’t show a form to submit a testimonial. When I click on the button that does show, the page doesn’t do anything.

Can you please help me debug the problem?

    Here is the page:

    Thanks,

There is a jQuery error on the page already, so the script for the button is not able to function. The error on the page is:

    $.fn.fancybox.build is not a function

Something to do with the FancyBox plugin perhaps?

Interestingly enough, this error shows up on the “about” page, and probably every other page as well. It looks like your theme is trying to include it’s own version of FancyBox as well, which could be the issue.. Not sure what the root cause is, but its definitely something wrong with FancyBox and not this plugin. Hope you figure it out!

    bompus,
Thank you for your quick reply. I have completed removed all of the files connected with the plug-in for FancyBox. I am still having the same issues. Any ideas?

    Your help is most appreciated,
    Rachael
