I’m using WordPress 3.1, and the latest Genesis version with Social Eyes Child theme. I’m also using WP Customer Reviews v. 2.1.6.

I’ve set up everything correctly. I have a testimonials page and I am doing testimonials for business. When I add a review, then click Submit, it takes me to page not found, error 404. Bread crumbs are You are here: Home / Not found: “testimonialsundefined”

I also don’t get an email and no comments show up to be approved.

I LOVE the idea of the plugin and really want it to work. Please help! Thanks!

    Cindy

    Hi Cindy,

Could you provide the URL to your reviews page, or email it to aaron {[at]} gowebsolutions.com and I will take a look at it.

You can also upgrade to 2.1.9 which was just released, but I don’t think it had anything that would fix the issue you are experiencing.

Thanks for the bug report. We’ll get it figured out.

2.2.0 should fix this behavior. No idea why jQuery would throw an undefined on one blog and not on another if both are using the same theme and WP version.. A workaround was made to not use jQuery for this action in 2.2.0.

    Thanks for the report.
