[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Review Not Showing Up

On the page where the review plugin is enabled. A review form will be shown if you click on the “Click here to submit review”. When review is submitted it gets on the validation list to be approved. However, when the review gets approved, it won’t show up. Just the review button and the form. Sometimes, nothing shows up at all.

Everything works fine on my localhost but in the online it doesn’t work. It would be great to help me out solve the issue. Thanks!
