[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Reviews not showing on ECOBIZ theme. Ratings and subject show fine.

I love the this plugin and wanted to use it on my new website https://www.servicetoad.com, but the plugin only partially works. I can see the ratings and the subject of the review, but the actual review does not show. Any idea what could be going on here? The theme is “Ecobiz” and this works fine on 2 other websites that I use this plugin with.
