[Plugin: WP Customer Reviews] Two Issues

Great plugin overall. Thanks for making it. I did find few issues that probably easy fixes.

First, I’m using the theme Easel 2.0.7… I found that when I approve reviews that pages that have the option to disable sidebars becomes unselected. I only have one page like that, so it is not any big deal to switch it back, but it seems odd.

The second, on posts/pages that I put the WPCR_INSERT code that it places a second review button at the bottom of the page. The second button does not work, and is not needed (IMHO). Right now, I stopped using the code, and just used the enabled option.

The third, where I use the WPCR_SHOW code it places a working review button at the bottom of the page, which is great, but then repeats reviews. My personal opinion is that testimonials don’t need to be repeated. Some people may feel different. An option to turn off repeating them would be nice.
