    This is a great plug-in that has saved my bacon more than once.
    However, the current version fails on proper installs 17+ times out of 50 attempts. The last few days (11/17-20) failure rate is higher, approaching 100%.
    All installs on PHP 5.+ on 1and1.com servers.
    Installs fine; errs on back-up attempt 100% of the time (over 60 attempts across 15 sites.)
    Please get the problem resolved.

    B/T/W forums for support are inefficient. Any professional will switch before using a forum for a solution. Have, do and will continue to dump erring software and not waste time in forums. (If software does not operate logically, it is not release ready. MSFT should take notice. A forum of instruction should not be required.)
    Also support forum organization is chaos. A better idea is truly needed.
