    Try going to Settings -> WP-dTree and click Update settings.

    Thanks, that resolved the issue. Still not sure why it did that – I had a new install.

    For some reason, on some installs the base configuration doesn’t seem to initialize properly or maybe its get_option that refuses to co-operate.

    I commited 3.4.1 to adress this issue: providing fallbacks in case the settings are unavailable.
