    Hi,
    I recently purchased the Gold Cart for the WP e-commerce module to allow me to use one of the supported payment gateways (eway.com.au)

    However when I complete a transaction, the user is left with a totally blank screen (the returned url is mydomain.com/products-page/transaction-results?eway=1&result=1&message=1)

    I’ve left a post at https://www.instinct.co.nz/forums/ but hadn’t heard back yet (it’s only been 24 hours but my customer is keen to get this going ASAP)

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi All,

    I’m starting to reluctantly agree with others posting here that it can be quite difficult to get support for this plugin.

    several days ago but had no replies to any of them. I’ve also emailed the authors of the plugin twice but had no reply yet (the most recent email was only 24 hours ago to be fair)

    I’m 99% sure this is a bug and not a configuration issue – quite frustrating when you pay for something and it doesn’t work, but it’s looking like the plugin’s support of eway – despite being reported as being a supported gateway, doesn’t actually work!
    (unless anyone can tell me otherwise)?

    I’m pleased to report the developers mentioned they would be investigating this issue so I’ll temporarily suspend my views that support is difficult to get ??
