[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Cannot add Form Fields in the checkout settings

    Re-installed WordPress (WP) and re-installed WP-E-Commerce multiple times and keep getting following error/s

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘wordpress.wp_wpsc_checkout_forms’ doesn’t exist] and this happens on every field I try to add.

    After connecting to the mySQL installation and checking the tables, I see that the table has not been created during installation. I have deactivated the plugin and reactivated it as well as deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, still the table is not there.

    Please advise as I would really like to try this product out and if it really works then I would purchase the Gold option.
