    Our e-commerce store is up and running with mostly great success, (running wp-e-commerce 3.8.9.5) however pretty much every day there is at least one customer who purchases from us and receives an empty confirmation email…

    Does anyone have any idea why this might be? They receive an email, so perhaps not simply a spam filter setting on their email client???
