[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] How to work the product pages

Hey everyone,

I have just started using wordpress to make a simple e-commerce site for my small family business. I think i have gone OK so far, however i am having prolems with the product pages. How exactly do they work? The instint website (makers of plugin) say that you can create template pages for the products and they will work similar to wordpress’ single.php. YOu can see that here but all mine does is stay on the page that I have called ‘special offers’ and display the contents of that (which is just a short code for the contents of category one)

What i would like to happen is the page content actually change when i click on different categories. Here is the link to my site! I have looked in the path where those pages should be and they files are not there. If i create them, they dont work anyway! Im sure im just doing something wrong which is a really simple problem. Unfortunately there doesnt seem to be all that much documentation. If anyone can give me any advice regarding this it would be much appreciated.
