[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Local Pickup Option?

Hi, I am trying to get a “delivery” option available for my local customers. I tried setting a “coupon” code to eliminate shipping but that doesn’t seem possible. Does anyone know how to provide a local “delivery” option but still provide shipping to out of area customers?
