[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] Please Enter a Valid State???

Hey all…searching for bit of help on this one…

I ran into a problem where, upon testing the checkout, I cannot add, delete, nor change the billing state form. In fact, it doesn’t even show up. So did a little investigation using inspect code and found that the specified form is hidden and disabled. I don’t even know how that happened…

So here’s what i did to clear up the problem (obviously these did not work):

A complete re install
Made sure only 1 jquery file was being called
Deleted all the code and replaced it with the default code
turned of all shipping options and redid them….

I’m really at a loss and I’m in the midst of a huge project so any help would be very much appreciated.
