[Plugin: WP Email Capture] How secure is the list of emails?

    Firstly, great plug-in, it’s just what I was looking for.

    I’m worried about how secure the stored list of email addresses are. What steps should I take, maybe in terms of file permissions etc (my site is self-hosted), to ensure that someone else can’t access the emails which have been submitted? Or is this impossible to do anyway?

    Hi,

    The email addresses are stored in the database. No files are stored on the server. Providing your database and your WordPress logins are secure, then they should be fine :).
