First of all: Amazing plugin! It’s a real kick-ass out of the box. What I would love to see soon is support for multiple events. Like NextGEN Gallery where you give each album an ID, and then you use that ID in the shortcode. I run a site where each event has it’s own page, but I need to redirect buyers to a page containing a list of tickets for all my events for them to buy. Are there any plans for supporting multiple events in the future?

Hey Kasper. At this point we don’t have plans to add multiple event handling to the ticketing plugin. We are working on a premium version of the plugin that will definitely have support for multiple events. We hope to have it available in the next month.

Thanks for the reply! I’ll definitely buy the premium version then ??

Yep, can’t wait for multiple events. Amazing plugin but this is a glaring omission that would certainly cause me to buy the pro version. ??

I just wanted to share some of the ingenuities that the users of the plugin have done to solve this problem.

If you set up WP as a multisite then each “site” can be an event with all its own data, tickets and sales for reporting. There’s no way to really unify it all but it does work.

Another fun hack I’ve seen is to define different tickets. Different tickets with the same definition still get broken out on the attendee page for reporting. You can then just set the on-sale dates for each package and it all gets handles relatively automatically. Unlike that other solution this makes it all a little too unified and you end up exporting to spreadsheets to reconcile accounting.

These aren’t perfect solutions but hopefully they work in the short term for anyone wanting multiple events in the free edition.

Howdy, just checking the progress of the pro version, really really need multi event support (proper support, although the above is a good suggestion).

Also support for other payment systems? Credit card etc?

Will fork out the cold hard cash.

@projectfuturism – The pro version will have support for additional payment systems. To start with we’ll integrate with authorize.net. More will likely get added in the future.

Hoping to have it out in April. Fingers crossed!

Will it have iDeal payment to? It’s the number 1 paymentsystem in the Netherlands.

iDeal payment isn’t currently on our list. But if there is enough of a demand for it, we can certainly look to add it.

    Hi,

Any luck with the Pro version? It has been five months since you were hoping it will be out. We would really appreciate if you can give us an honest expected date.

I love the plugin, but I have to say, it has one of the worst customer support. Most of the questions on the official website are not answered for months.

fenrirG, At this point, the plans for a pro version are on hold indefinitely.

    Ugh ??
